Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible.


2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the consumable nature of spices and food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, replacement or refund requests may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Package received in tampered condition
  • Missing items in the order

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged after delivery

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5โ€“7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable
  • In cases where the error is from our side, applicable shipping charges may also be refunded
